If your Apple Watch is not syncing with your phone during workouts you need to make sure that the same version of the Seven app is downloaded to both devices. Sometimes the apps don’t automatically sync when the app is updated on your phone.
Check what app version you have:
Watch:
- Go to Seven app
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to bottom to see app version number
iPhone:
- Go to Seven app
- Go to Profile
- Tap the ‘Settings’ icon in the top right corner
- Scroll to bottom to see app version number
Manually update watch app version:
- Go to Watch app on iPhone
- Check if there is an update under ‘Available Apps’
- Install latest version of Seven app
