Need more of a rest between exercises? Or want to put your endurance to the test with longer active intervals?
You can tailor your workouts to your needs by changing the time of your rest and active intervals. Just go to Settings in Seven and tap on 'Intervals' to personalise your workouts!
Hint: For one-sided exercises (such as Side Plank Crunches), you can increase the time between switching sides AND set double time for that extra burn on both sides!
