To restore your purchases:
Apple Devices
1. Open Seven and go to the Profile section.
2. Tap on the Settings icon in the top right corner.
3. Scroll down to the 'Support' section at the bottom. Then, tap the 'Restore Purchases' button and wait for a few seconds for your purchases to be restored.
Android Devices
1. Open Seven and go to the Profile section.
2. Tap on the Settings icon in the top right corner.
3. Scroll down to the 'Seven' section at the bottom. Then, enable the 'Restore Purchases' button and wait for a few seconds for your purchases to be restored.
If your workouts are still locked after a few minutes, please make sure you are logged in to your Seven Profile (or create one for free if you don’t have one), then delete and reinstall the app and try this approach again.
