iOS: To restore your purchases, open Seven and go to Settings, then tap on the 7 Club. Then, please tap the 'Restore Purchases' button at the bottom of the screen and wait for a few seconds for your purchases to be restored.
Android:To restore your purchases, open Seven, go to Settings and then tap 'Seven' in the About section. Then, tap the 'Restore Purchases' button and wait for a few minutes for your purchases to be restored.
If your workouts are still locked after a few minutes, please make sure you are logged in to your Seven Profile (or create one if you don’t have one), then delete and re-install the app and try this approach again.
