We can’t cancel subscriptions for you as subscriptions are liked to your App Store/Play Store ID - only you have the power to cancel. However we’d be happy to show you what to do:
To cancel your subscription (all devices):
- Open Seven
- Go to the Workouts section
- Tap the settings icon in the top right corner
- Tap '7 Club' and choose ‘Manage Subscription'. This will take you to your App Store settings where you can cancel.
Apple users (App Store)
Subscriptions are handled by the App Store which means we cannot manage subscriptions on your behalf. If you can’t cancel through the app, you can do this in your device settings:
Open to your device Settings > tap your profile photo > tap Subscriptions > find Seven in the list and cancel your subscription from there.
If you don’t see the option to cancel here, and your subscription says ‘expires’ next to a date, this means your subscription has already been canceled and will not renew. No further action is needed to cancel it.
Android users (Google Play Store)
Open the Play Store app and tap “Subscriptions” in side menu. Find Seven and click 'Cancel Subscription' at the bottom of the page.
Alternatively, you can visit https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions in your device browser and manage your subscription from there.
