Cycles is available in 11 languages: German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Turkish, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Korean and Japanese.
To change the language, open your iPhone/iPad Settings > scroll down to Apps > Find Cycles in the list and tap > Under preferred language you can set up the language you want Cycles to operate in.
