Switching between Apple and Android? No problem!
You can use Seven across different devices as long as you have made an account with us. Simply log into your profile on your new device and all your data will sync.
My subscription isn't showing on my new Android/Apple phone
Have an Apple subscription but it's not working on your Android phone? You will need to go onto your old iOS device, download Seven, log into your Seven account and click “Restore Purchase” found under settings. This will sync the subscription to your account and will now show on your new device.
Can my subscription be transferred?
Please note that our subscriptions are controlled through whichever platform you originally subscribed with and can't be transferred as such. This means if you bought the subscription through the App store it’ll still be controlled by Apple. If you bought the subscription through the Play Store it’ll still be controlled by Google.
If you have switched to a new platform, we recommend cancelling your subscription (you can still use it until it expires). Then, you can sign up for a new subscription with the App Store/Google Play through our and all purchases will be handled from there from now on, making it easier for you 😊
