To restore your purchases, open Seven> Workout tab > Settings > ‘7 Club’ and scroll to the bottom of the next screen. There should be a ‘Restore Purchases’ button, press it and wait for it to finish.
If it doesn’t work. Make sure you are logged in to your Seven Profile (or create one if you don’t have one), then delete and re-install the app and try this approach again.
If it still doesn't work, this may be because you haven’t enabled your in-app purchases on your phone.
- Make sure you’ve signed into your Apple account for App Store purchases on your device.
- Also make sure you’ve allowed in-app purchases in your device by going to ‘Settings’> tap ‘Screen Time’, tap ‘Content & Privacy Restrictions’, then you can manage your purchase restrictions under ‘iTunes & App Store Purchases’.
Once you have allowed in-app purchases, try to restore your purchases again.
