The refund process depends on where you purchased your subscription.
App Store: The best course of action for you is to contact Apple Customer Support and request a refund for your subscription. This is because Apple manages all accounts and payments for Cycles and are the only ones that can provide a refund for App Store subscriptions.
Google Play Store: For subscription purchases made through the Google Play Store, we are usually able to accommodate refund requests made within 30 days of your purchase. Please reach out to us with your Google Order ID (starting with GPA) and we'll give you a hand.
