Our refund process depends on where you purchased your subscription.
App Store: All subscriptions and customer information is handled by the App Store. Therefore, Seven Customers subscribed through the App Store will need to reach out to them directly. To request a refund, contact Apple Customer Support and they should be able to help you.
Google Play Store: For subscription purchases made through the Google Play Store, we are usually able to accommodate refund requests made within 30 days of your purchase. Please reach out to us with your Google Order ID (starting with GPA) and we'll give you a hand.
