Our refund process depends on where you purchased your subscription.
Google Play Store: For annual subscription purchases made through the Google Play Store, we are usually able to accommodate refund requests made within 30 days of your purchase. Please reach out to us with your Google Order ID at firstname.lastname@example.org.
App Store & iTunes: Apple handles all transactions and refunds for in-app purchases. Therefore, Seven Customers subscribed through iTunes will need to reach out to them directly. To request a refund, contact iTunes Customer Support at https://getsupport.apple.com/ and they should be able to help you.
