Our refund process depends on where you purchased your subscription.
Google Play Store: For annual subscription purchases made through the Google Play Store, we are usually able to accommodate refund requests made within 30 days of your purchase. Please reach out to us with your Google Order ID and we'll give you a hand.
App Store: Apple handles all transactions and refunds for in-app purchases. Therefore, Seven Customers subscribed through the App Store will need to reach out to them directly. To request a refund, contact Apple Customer Support and they should be able to help you.
