To sync your workouts with Apple Health:
1. Open Seven and go Settings
2. Tap on the Health section and enable the Health toggle.
3. This will open Health permissions. Turn all categories on and tap 'Allow'
Note: this will only sync new data from after the date you activated it, not past workouts.
Seven does not sync walking or workouts under 7 Minutes. If you would like to log walking sessions, tap the ‘+ Add’ button in the Profile tap. Here, you can log any of your external workouts that may not be logged through Health.
