To sync your workouts with Apple Health:
1. Open Seven and go Settings
2. Tap on the Health section and enabled the Health toggle.
3. This will open Health permissions. Turn all categories on and tap 'Allow'
Note: this will only sync new data from after the date you activated it, not past workouts.
Seven does not sync walking or workouts under 7 Minutes. If you would like to log walking sessions, tap the ‘Add Activity’ button in the Workout tap. Here, you can log any of your external workouts that may not be logged through Health.
