To sync your workouts with Apple Health:
- Open Seven and go to Settings
- Tap on the Health section and enable the Health toggle.
- This will open Health permissions. Turn all categories on and tap 'Allow'.
Seven does not sync walking or workouts under 7 Minutes. If you would like to log walking sessions, tap the ‘+ Add’ button in the Profile tap. Here, you can log any of your external workouts that may not be logged through Health.
