Work out 7 minutes every day for 7 months. That’s it! You get three hearts when you start out and your hearts refill each month, miss a workout day however, and you lose a heart. If you lose all your hearts, it’s game over and your next workout will start a new attempt. For extra motivation, every two months you workout everyday, you'll earn a free new workout!
Oops! Need to skip a Seven workout day for a jog or yoga class? No worries! After you have created a free profile, you can log all your activities in Seven by scrolling to the bottom of the Workout tab and tapping the ‘Add Activity’ button. As long as it is over 7 minutes, it will count towards your 7 Month Challenge.
Finally, if you enable Apple Health under Settings, Seven will automatically import your workouts from the Health app to your Profile, and share all the workouts you do in Seven with the Health app. Pretty cool.
