Everyone needs a break and you shouldn’t be punished for it! If you want to take a break from your workouts, you can go to the Profile section > 7 Month Challenge and then tap the > ‘Pause’ button located below the progress indicator.
A window will pop up informing you of the ‘30 day pause limit’. After you’re ready to continue your fitness challenge, just press ‘resume’.
Note, be sure to 'resume' your challenge before you start your workouts again, as Seven will not count a workout done while you are paused.
