If your progress seems to be missing, you may have signed in with a different login method.
If you were logged out of your profile, simply sign back in. Make sure to use the same sign-in method you originally used when creating your profile (for example Apple, Google, or email).
Important:
If you choose a different sign-in method, the app will create a new profile instead of opening your existing one. This can make it look like your progress has been lost, even though it is still saved on your original profile.
Note about Apple Sign In:
When using Apple Sign In, Apple hides your real email address and generates a private, randomized one for privacy reasons. Because of this, signing in with your regular email address will not connect to the same profile. You must select Sign in with Apple again to access your original account.
