How to set up Cycles for Apple Watch

Sometimes the Cycles app doesn’t automatically sync and download to your Apple Watch, follow these steps to fix the issue:

1. Go to the watch app on your phone. 
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the My Watch section
3. The Cycles App should show under the ‘Available Apps’ section 
4. Tap Install 

If the app does not show up under ‘Available Apps’ you may have to update your watch. The Cycles app is compatible with operating systems Watch OS 9.0 or later.
