Is your Seven workout routine feeling a bit too tough?
No worries, you can always change the difficulty level to fit your journey better. If you're just getting started or have been working out for years you'll be able to find something that fits you. We offer three different levels: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.
Follow these steps to switch your difficulty level:
1. Go to the Plan tab
2. Tap the settings icon in the top right corner
3. Select your preferred difficulty level
