Reset your Plan
To reset your Plan to Week 1:
1. Open your Plan in Seven
2. Tap on the Plan Settings icon in the top right corner.
3. Scroll to the bottom and choose ‘Reset Plan’.
Doing this will restart your Plan, but you will keep all of your workout history and achievements. You can only reset your Plan from Week 2 and beyond.
Reset All Data
To wipe all of your data in your profile:
1. Open Settings in Seven and tap Edit Profile
2. Tap the 3 dots in the top right corner of the screen
3. Choose 'Reset Workouts'
Note: doing this will remove all of your workout history and achievements.
